Dr. Bridgette Jeffries is so attentive to details. She listens to my concerns and gives honest feedback in a compassionate way. I feel like apart of her family. She is knowledgeable on how the meds affect my overall health. In the office, there is a theta chamber that treats my anxiety and depression subconsciously. It is amazing at how effective it is. Restoration Mental Health Services recently brought in several new services including a Theta Chamber and Emsella Chair. If you have not tried or heard of these I recommend doing some research on them. Both of which I had never tried before. I tried both on the same day and both were absolutely worth it. The Theta chamber was calming and relaxing and made me feel very at ease. The results were clear to see! The Emsella chair was also interesting and I have seen the benefits of it already as well. I went to her expecting to be treated for anxiety/depression but she came up with a diagnosis I did not see coming and after only 3 days on the medication she prescribed I am absolutely sure that her diagnosis was correct. Words can’t express how invaluable Dr. Jefferies practice is to me & my family. I’ve been seeing her since I relocated from Denver in February 2019. Dr. Jefferies is a straight-shooter (no chaser) with your health & best interest in mind. She treats me for ADD/ADHD & general anxiety disorder.

She takes that into consideration when discussing your symptoms & creating a treatment plan, but she never forced a diagnosis on me — even after i shared my family history of bipolar disorder. She took the time to get to know me and considered my symptoms before determining how to proceed in treating me.

Growing up with bipolar family members is hard because they’ll insist you’re bipolar, too. Dr. Jefferies NEVER did that to me. She advised me what I should pay attention to & if I experienced the symptoms , we’d revise my treatment plan as necessary. Luckily, we haven’t had to because her diagnosis is spot on.

She always ensures I get my medication; even when there are nationwide shortages during the weekend & even holidays. She is personally vested in her patients’ well-being.

If you’re looking for someone who treats you like a number, blindly filling prescriptions, then this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a passionate, unwavering & brilliant healthcare professional, then this place is for you.

Don’t even get me started on the theta chamber therapy Restoration offered through the practice. Talk about life changing. I tried this for the 1st time a week ago. Jennifer is so knowledgeable about the process; the output was so revealing, but the treatment – wow.

Everyone has conditioning that requires unconditioning/rewiring (anxiety, stress, PTSD, Depression, weight control, ADD/ADHD, etc.); theta chamber therapy takes rewiring to a new level. You owe it to yourself to give it a try. – 5 Stars | U.C.
